WELCOME ABOARD!

Once you have been accepted on the MSSG, please make sure you read the information in Transfer of Credits, and Things to Do in Advance.

You will need to fill out the following documents and send them to mathsciencesgto@cimat.mx upon acceptance:

1. 1.- Proof of your Health Insurance. (Card photo or similar)
2. 2.- Basic Information Form.
3. 3.- Travel Information Form.
4. 4.- Waiver form that must be signed by the student to be able to participate in the program.
5. 5.- (For semester programs only) Housing Form and Waiver Housing. Remember that every student will have an individual bedroom.
6. 6.- Transcript Release Form.
7. 7.- Basic Medical Info Form. (This will be shared with the third party healthcare agency)
