To deal with any accidents or health issues that may arise during class hours, CIMAT offers the services of an on-site nurse who is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each working day.

The nurse is responsible for providing basic health care to students, whether during class or while they are on CIMAT premises. This includes emergency first aid, treatment of cuts and minor injuries, and the administration of non-prescription medications to alleviate commonly recognized symptoms.

In the event of more serious injuries or symptoms, the nurse will provide sufficient care in order to prepare the patient for transfer to a health center where more complete treatment will be provided.

Remember that a comprehensive international health insurance that is valid in Mexico at least for the duration of your stay is mandatory.
